We have set up a home delivery service in response to the coronavirus, with a view to deliver basic food items to fill the gap for those who are unable to leave their homes or who wish to avoid the long queues at the supermarkets. We are offering a small selection of basic food items, chosen for simplicity and availability, which we will deliver to the areas set out below, for a small delivery charge. Please note our minimum and maximum order requirements, order cut-off times and payment methods. 

 

Our family is currently well and healthy. If this situation changes and we need to self-isolate, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please be assured we follow the strict government guidelines relating to coronavirus and take the health and safety of our customers and our family very seriously. As such, payment must be made by contactless card on delivery.

What can I order? 

See list - please bear in mind that, due to high customer demand, we cannot guarantee all items will be available at the time of ordering. The price of the cheese we offer is higher than we would like it to be but, although we can buy cheaper cheese it comes in very large quantities and would require us handling and cutting before distributing. In the current climate we certainly wouldn’t be prepared to do this. At this time we can only offer items stated on the attached order list, and cannot offer substitutions. Although we are known locally for our delicious coffee, we regret that we are unable to deliver your usual favourites at this time. 

 

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to N11, N13, N14, N21.

 

What days do you deliver?

We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

Is there a minimum order charge?

Yes, the minimum order charge is £10.00 (excluding delivery).

 

Is there a maximum order limit?

Yes, we have set the order limit at £45.00 (including delivery) and will limit the number of items to 5 per individual items (eg 5 milks, 5 breads etc). We feel this is the right thing to do to ensure we can offer these basic items to as many people as possible, but especially to those who are isolating in their homes and are unable to go out. 

 

What is the delivery charge?

We have a set packing and delivery charge of £2.00

- Whether you would like your delivery on Wednesday or Friday

 

When do I need to order by?

Orders for Wednesday delivery must be made via email by 5pm on Monday evening.

Orders for Friday delivery must be made via email by 5pm on Wednesday evening. 

 

How do I pay?

Payment is to be made on delivery of your items. This must be via contactless card payment. Sorry, we are unable to accept cash.
